Inboxlogy Marketing Management - FZCO ("us", "we", or "our" as appropriate) is registered in UAE under commercial trade license no. 37555. Inboxlogy helps agencies, businesses, and individuals to launch, scale, manage & optimize their cold email outreach campaigns.

Located at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Dubai Courts, UAE.

Terms & Conditions (T&C) Inboxlogy:

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO platforms and services, along with our privacy policy.

2. By downloading, accessing, or using the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and the privacy policy.

3. Some of the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO services impose different terms and conditions on your use of those services. Where that is the case, you will be clearly notified of that and will be required to confirm your acceptance of those terms and conditions, which will operate in place of or in conjunction with these Terms as appropriate.

4. We may amend these Terms at any time at our discretion. If these Terms are amended, we shall display the revised terms and conditions on or via the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO Platforms and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you continue using the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO Platforms after the amendments are displayed.

5. If you do not accept all of these Terms then you should not use the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO Platforms.

6. Usage of the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO Services is subject to compliance with applicable laws and for legitimate purposes.

7. Users are prohibited from improper or unlawful use, including posting objectionable material, commercial use, and interference with system functionality.

8. Users must maintain the confidentiality and security of login details, with accountability for any breaches.

9. The Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, parent/guardian consent and guidance will be required for any minors.

**By using the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO Services and Platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms regarding user content:**

1. We adhere to applicable data protection laws and respect your privacy. Your personally identifiable information submitted to Inboxlogy may be used in accordance with our privacy policy. You agree to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Users acknowledge that any personally identifiable information submitted may be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and grant Inboxlogy rights to use such content for various purposes.

4. Intellectual property rights pertaining to the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO Services and Platforms are owned by or licensed to Inboxlogy.

5. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and report any infringements.

We are not obligated to store or retain any user content uploaded by you.

Intellectual Property and Liability:

1. Intellectual property rights in the Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO Services and Platforms are owned by or licensed to Inboxlogy.

2. Your use of the services grants you a limited license, and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights.

3. We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and any infringement should be reported to us.

4. Our liability is outlined in the Terms, including limitations and exclusions of liability.

5. You are responsible and liable for any actions or breaches connected with your use of the services.

General Provisions:

1. Unauthorized use may result in damage to Inboxlogy, and we reserve the right to take legal action.

2. If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inboxlogy, superseding any previous agreements.

4. Enforcement of the Terms by Inboxlogy is not considered a waiver of rights.

5. Only parties to the Terms have the right to enforce provisions.

6. Disputes shall be governed by UAE laws, with the courts of Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction.

Additional Key Policies:

1. Customers are required to adhere to all Microsoft and Google policies.

2. Billing for renewal of each email account occurs on the 1st of every month on a pro-rata basis.

3. Failure to complete payment within five days of the due date may result in account deactivation, with prior notice.

4. Reactivation of deactivated accounts due to non-payment incurs increased charges, will be communicated by our team.

5. Account cancellations/ terminations require proper written communication with our team at least three days in advance.

6. Google/Microsoft license fees are non-refundable once paid.

7. Customers are responsible for replacing domain/username/email addresses.

8. Setup fee refunds are contingent upon mutual agreement between both parties.

9. A minimum order of at least 10 email accounts is required.

10. Account setup delivery is generally within four business days after purchase (see further delivery timelines below for quantity based orders) , except in cases of domain registrar issues or email sending concerns.

11. Inboxlogy and its team hold absolutely no responsibility if email accounts are blocked/suspended by Google or Microsoft for any reasons whatsoever.

12. Inboxlogy reserves the right to suspend accounts in cases of suspicious activity.

Privacy Policy (PP):

To be read in conjunction with the additional privacy policy mentioned on Inboxlogy website.

1. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

2. Merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

3. Merchant takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security.

4. The merchant is not responsible for the privacy policies of linked websites.

Delivery Timelines and Process:

After creation and submission of purchase order by the customer, payment will be done by the customer as per the generated invoice issued, upon confirmation of the payment, an email of payment confirmation is shared with the customer and further to that order is assigned for processing. Account licenses are issued within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.

Setup processing timelines and its delivery:

- 0-300 accounts: 4 business days

- 300-500 accounts: 5 business days

- 500 and above: 7 business days

For any additional services acquired, additional payment links shall be shared by the team with the customer via any of the communication channels preferred by them, which is via WhatsApp, Slack, or emails.

Any failure to fulfill duties or obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as labor disputes, material shortages, war, fire, earthquake, typhoon, flood, natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics/epidemics, cloud-service provider outages, or any other unforeseeable event, will not be deemed a breach of this Agreement. However, the affected party must make reasonable efforts, given the circumstances, to inform the other party of the delay's cause and to resume performance promptly.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance Policy:

Inboxlogy is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As part of our commitment to combating financial crime, money laundering, and the financing of terrorism, we have implemented this Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance Policy.

By accessing or using the Inboxlogy platform, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities related to money laundering, terrorist financing,or any other illegal activities prohibited by law.

2. Sanctions Compliance: You acknowledge that Inboxlogy does not permit transactions involving entities, individuals, or countries subject to sanctions imposed by relevant authorities. Users/customers are strictly prohibited from conducting any transactions with sanctioned entities, individuals, or countries through the Inboxlogy platform.

3. Third-Party Bank Accounts: Users/customers are prohibited from using third-party bank accounts or any other means to facilitate transactions with sanctioned entities, individuals, or countries. All transactions must be conducted using accounts owned or controlled by the registered user/customer.

4. Compliance Acknowledgement: By using Inboxlogy’s services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all aspects of this AML and Sanctions Compliance Policy. You further acknowledge that any violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal action as deemed necessary.

5. Restricted Countries: Inboxlogy does not provide its services in the following countries: Israel, North Korea, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Cuba, Pakistan, Sudan, India, Syria,
Yemen, Bangladesh, Afghanistan & Iran
. Users/customers located in these countries are prohibited from accessing or using the Inboxlogy platform.

6. Amendments: Inboxlogy reserves the right to amend or update this AML and Sanctions Compliance Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms for any changes.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that the products, services, or technology provided by Inboxlogy are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

The customer further agrees to comply with these laws and regulations and expressly undertakes not to export, re-export, or transfer Inboxlogy products, services, or technology, whether directly or indirectly, to any country without prior authorization from the UAE government, in violation of such laws and regulations.

It is expressly agreed that the terms and conditions mentioned in Inboxlogy Marketing Management FZCO website shall supersede any other terms of customer’s purchase order.
